1. Scope of Reporting
- Ethical Violations & Unfair Practices: Unfair business handling by executives or employees, unjust demands using official positions, acceptance of money, goods, or entertainment, and unfair trade acts such as violations of the Subcontracting Act or other ethical management breaches.
- Workplace Harassment & Sexual Harassment: Acts causing physical or mental suffering by taking advantage of one's position or relationship in the workplace, or language and behavior that cause sexual humiliation or aversion.
- Occupational Safety & Health Risks: Factors threatening the health of executives and employees, concealment or negligence of safety accidents in the workplace, violations of safety and health regulations, and actions risking accidents.
- Labor & Human Rights Violations: Cases of human rights violations, including discriminatory treatment (gender, religion, social status, etc.), unjust work orders, and violations of working conditions.
- Other Grievances: Various difficulties preventing employees from conducting their duties smoothly, such as improvements in the working environment and factors hindering organizational culture.
2. Exclusions from Handling
- Malicious slander or framing not based on facts.
- Matters related to the private life of individuals unrelated to business operations.
- False reporting using another person's false name or stolen identity.

3. Processing Procedures and Notification of Results
- Processing Period: Reported contents will be investigated and handled fairly and as quickly as possible.
- Non-anonymous Reporting: You can check the status at any time through the 'Check Results' menu within the reporting center, and the results will be sent to the email address you provided.
- Anonymous Reporting: To prevent identity exposure, checking processing results is systematically unavailable. However, even anonymous reports are fully received without any distortion and investigated promptly. Even if you do not receive an outcome notification, your commitment to protecting ethical values will be deeply respected.
4. Principles of Informant Protection
- Identity Guarantee: Top priority is given to guaranteeing the identity of the informant throughout all investigation processes, and the informant's identity is absolutely protected.
- Prohibition of Disadvantage: We strictly manage the process to ensure that no disadvantages or discriminatory treatment in status occur due to reporting or cooperating with the investigation.
